I have to admit that at first I thought the requirement for hiring an owner's project manager to help us was a make work program. For the last several months we have worked with Diversified Project Management represented by Frank Kennedy and the experience has changed my mind. They are very knowledgeable thanks to some great experience and have made the whole project much easier. -Joseph Zeneski, Town Manager, Town of Oxford, MA
I would like to express my extreme gratitude and appreciation for Frank Kennedy's efforts in help manage the construction project for our new facility in Newton, MA. We literally would not have been able to complete the project on time and on budget without his extensive involvement on the job. Frank and his staff examined the scope of the project and quickly assessed our severe budget problem. He then began the tasks of researching, investigating and recommending options to correct the problem, including very detailed negotiations about value engineering with respect to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems. I wholeheartedly endorse Frank Kennedy and DCPM for any building design and construction project or program. -Lawrence M. Pensak, Chief Financial Officer, New England School of Acupuncture

I was very satisfied with our experience as the project went very well. Frank's support and direction were much appreciated. -John McGillivray, MGH Dental
The Boston Athenaeum is the largest membership library in North America, and one of our country's oldest cultural institutions. Our historic landmark building, completed on Beacon Hill in 1849, was renovated and expanded in 1913, and then again between 1999 and 2003. Heery proved to be an invaluable "right hand" in moving the arduous and complicated process along.
The Athenaeum's $30 million project involved the modernization of our complete building while also retaining the historic atmosphere that our members care so much about. This meant that the central focus of the project - the installation of a state-of-the-art climate-control system - had to be as unobtrusive as possible, and this led to very difficult problems indeed. We were past our demolition activity and well into the construction process itself when we asked Frank Kennedy and his colleagues to come aboard . We had already gone through a value engineering process that led to a redesign of the climate-control system, but we were still experiencing continued delays because of the project's complexities.
What we needed above all else was executive-level project management to assist us in helping expedite the program and protect the Athenaeum's interests. Heery's services were invaluable, and we continued to draw upon their advice and expertise until we were quite close to substantial completion. Frank Kennedy and his staff brought technical knowledge of the construction business as well as of design and construction processes that enabled us to remove many of the innumerable stumbling blocks that we encountered - ranging from the usual "unforeseen conditions" to the management of relationships with architects and contractors. Based on my strong working relationship with Frank and his colleagues, I would warmly endorse (him) to clients in need of project management services. They worked well as a team, and they brought both technical expertise and integrity to a complicated job. It would have behooved us, in retrospect, to have engaged their services even earlier in the design and construction process. - Richard Wendorf, Executive Librarian.
